Meet The Team
Todd Duplanty
Todd Duplanty regularly advises clients on all aspects of business operations, including entity formation, asset acquisition, cyber law, and commercial transactions.  In addition, he assists clients on the acquisition, management and development of real property.  His clients include entrepreneurs, small businesses and publicly traded corporations across a variety of industries, including construction, consulting, finance, emerging technologies, health care, and real estate.
Before starting KDX Law, he was a partner for a West Coast firm where he founded and headed the Commercial Transaction Group, was in-house corporate counsel, and worked in business development for emerging technologies.  This experience enables him to tailor his legal and business advice to the unique challenges, concerns and aspirations of every client.
